Wow! From the first inquiry down to the day of closing he was spot on! Perry is knowledgeable and experienced in the local market. He listed our property for thousands more than we would have, then negotiated thousands more than we would have on the purchase price and finally negotiated a 50% better settlement on the post inspection requests than we would have on our own. We initially reached out to 3 real estate agents to get a feel for the personalities, and there was no comparison, Perry was our guy. He Is always a call, text, or email away and responds promptly. We love our new home!

He wasn’t even my agent (buyer), he was working on behalf of the sellers. However, he was a consummate professional and I had an excellent experience dealing with him.
